For Leaders

Take time to pray for your spiritual leaders.  It’s so easy to assume they are doing fine or that others need prayers more.  They have targets on their backs due to the work they do for Jesus and are flawed people like us.  God picks those with more flaws to remind us that what comes out is from Him.   Look at Elijah after God used him to out do 450 of Baal’s priests to show who was the only Living God.

Take time to speak life into them; be it at church, taking them out to lunch, or writing them an encouraging letter.  We all assume that they know it, but they are not mind readers.

Let them know how your ministry has helped those in your group as well as the community.  Share the joy and gift them with one of your crafts as a reminder of the Body of Christ reaching in and out.
